Aspen had acquired the redevelopment rights to a string of hospital facilities in Fiji. To implement its redevelopment plan, Aspen needed to get a handle on basic FP&A considerations at each hospital - AR/AP, incoming cash, lender covenant compliance, etc.  Existing systems weren't equipped to handle these requirements.  

Data integrity and quality might not suffice to assuage international lenders' concerns with a refinancing.  

Orbis assembled and organized GL-level data across the portfolio.  We created a unified FP&A and finance tool which would help the hospitals budget and report to management while giving lenders confidence.
