After an acquisition by a subsidiary of large Canadian utility, Standard Solar needed to understand how much development capital it had available while still hewing to the capital constraints of its new, publicly rated parent.
Constraint
Standard Solar's development goals were aggressive and its existing solar portfolio was large and diverse. The rating agencies needed an update in a very short time frame.
Solution
