Tensilion Advisors Saudi Arabia
Problem
Saudi Arabia's NEOM project spurred development of a host of economically sensitive infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. As an advisor to one of the largest private equity funds in Saudi, Tensilion needed to impose restructuring terms on 3 inter-related projects before lenders imposed their own terms.
Constraint
The financial models supporting these projects had already passed financial model audits. The sponsors needed updates, not rebuilds. They needed the updates done quickly, and they needed the resulting models to pass another audit.
Solution
Orbis deployed a team of modelers to support Tensilion and its client in the updating of the 3 project models. Each project's terms were successfully updated and passed another model audit. Lenders were satisfied with the sponsor's solution and agreed to their restructuring terms.
