Generate Capital secured exclusivity on a portfolio of fiber-to-the-home assets and needed an investment committee(IC)-ready model ASAP.  The operations of the project were varied and dense.  

Generate had already built 80% of the IC-ready modeling solution and there was no time for a full rebuild. 

Orbis worked closely with the team at Generate within their existing model, frequently updating each other to ensure we weren't overlapping.  The communication between our teams was timely and explicit.  Our combined modeling helped Generate's deal sail through IC efficiently.
